We ask all customers to abide by these Rules and Policies to ensure the safety and convenience of other customers.

General Rules & Policies

1. No Smoking Inside

2. Intoxicated customers will be asked to leave the premises

3. Only use the designated exits and entrances unless there is an emergency

4. Bathroom use is for customers only

5. No loitering

6. No use of illegal substances on the property

7. Washtime Laundry is not responsible for unattended articles, clothes or personal property

8. Any clothes left behind will be disposed of after 7 days

9. No Soliciting, sale of other goods or advertising without consent

10. No running

11. No sitting or riding on the laundry carts

12. No sitting on the laundry folding tables

13. Parents must accompany their children at all times

14. No Parking in front of the Laundry mat while doing laundry. (Only for loading and unloading is fine)

General Courtesy

1. Please return carts after use so that other patrons may use it

2. Please clean up after yourself so that others may use it (i.e. washers, dryers, tables, etc.)

3. Please throw away your trash in the trash bins

4. Please try not to save the carts so that others may use it

5. Please be respectful of our last load time at 7:30 p.m.

Rules For Washers

1. Read all instructions prior to use

   • Failure to read all instructions prior to use, refund is not guaranteed

2. No washing of items used by pets (i.e. mats, pillows, blankets or clothes used by pets)

3. No washing of vinyl sheets, shower curtains made of plastic or rubber mats

4. No washing of metal objects in the washers

5. No hitting or vandalizing the machines

Rules For Dryers

1. Read all instructions prior to use

   • Failure to read all instructions prior to use, refund is not guaranteed

2. No drying of items used by pets (i.e. mats, pillows, blankets or clothes used by pets)

3. No drying of shoes in the dryers

4. No drying of rubber, plastic or vinyl in the dryers

5. No drying of metal objects in the dryers

6. No hitting or vandalizing the machines
